LOVENOTE is the notebook I always wished existed.

Some days move so fast your heart can’t keep up. Other days, feelings pile up that you can’t quite name. I wanted a place where you could set those thoughts down safely, without having to show anyone.

That’s why I created LOVENOTE as a place where your words can feel safe.
Your writing doesn’t have to be polished. It doesn’t have to make sense. It can be messy, tender, heavy, or wildly happy. This notebook is here to hold all of it.

Why I cared so much about the details

I’ve used many notebooks as a way to talk to myself. But I could never find one that had everything I wanted in one place.

A notebook with a cover that truly makes your heart dance, and paper that feels incredible to write on with a fountain pen. A notebook that also includes page numbers and a contents page, so your thoughts have a home you can actually return to.

Most notebooks with beautiful designs didn’t have great paper. And most notebooks with great paper had plain, solid-color covers. The “perfect” one just didn’t exist.

So I decided to make it.

LOVENOTE is not only “pretty.” I wanted it to feel grounding every time you open it.
A cover that looks like an art piece you want to leave out on your table.
And pages that make you want to write.

Every LOVENOTE is manufactured in Japan by a third-generation bookbinding company that has been in business since 1934. I chose them because I wanted craftsmanship you can feel, the kind of quality that makes a notebook something you want to keep for years as your personal archive.

This isn’t a planner. LOVENOTE is for conversation with yourself.

You don’t schedule a time to talk to your best friend or your family. You talk when you need to. I feel the same way about self-conversation. It should be available the moment you need it.
