Thank you so much for supporting LOVENOTE. We truly appreciate every order and want you to have a beautiful experience with your journal.

30-Day Returns for U.S. Deliveries

For orders delivered within the United States, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your journal must be unused and unwritten, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please email lovenotebysatomi@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send your return without contacting us first.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item issues.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We inspect returned journals when they arrive. For approved returns, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days after receiving your returned journal. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item issue, we will confirm any return requirements and the resolution by email. If we confirm that no return is needed, we will process an approved refund within 10 days of approval.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovenotebysatomi@gmail.com. We will review the issue and help make it right. The international final-sale and shipping restrictions below do not exclude assistance for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item issue.

Shipping Issues

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with your household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you still need help, please reach out. We are happy to assist where we can.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Orders Delivered Outside the United States

Orders delivered outside the United States are final sale for change of mind. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable, and packages that are refused or not claimed cannot be refunded, except where an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item resolution applies.
