If there is ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will always do our best to help.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovenotebysatomi@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and make it right.


Shipping Issues

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with your household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If you still need help, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist where we can.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Packages that are refused or not claimed cannot be refunded.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for approved cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout
  • Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or small imperfections in packaging due to transit
