Returns and help

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email lovenotebysatomi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review it and help make it right.
- For approved issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we can issue a refund.
- We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, checkout address mistakes, packages marked Delivered, or small packaging/color/texture variations.
- International orders are final sale, and shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, refused packages, and unclaimed packages are non-refundable.
- If an order comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
